OUR STORY

Once upon a time in the city of Limassol lived a blonde girl who loved to dream about her future. Her ambition and excitement of life made her want to dare even more so she followed not one but all her dreams. She did her undergraduate degree on fine art, she continued with her master’s degree in art psychotherapy following work practice in a brain injuries hospital department for a couple of years, finally she continued with a 'riding for the disabled' course.

In name of her beloved horse Artemis she started her own riding club called 'Artemis Riding Therapy'. Her big love for animals and the outdoors made her explore plants and mainly herbs and she read a lot about their benefits. This led her on a new path of wanting to learn more about them and she took courses about herbs.

Today she is the mother of an amazing little boy, she works as a riding and art therapist for a few hours per week, and she is the proud owner of Herb Valley which started as a small dream and grew bigger and bigger by day. At Herb Valley she focuses on delivering the best possible organic herbs in delightful and creative packages. Her son shares the love she has for the outdoors too. Herb valley's field are located in Pissouri Village where the climate is just perfect for them.

So you see things haven’t changed a good deal since she was a little girl with a lot of ambition she still follows her dreams and talks to her son about how he should also follow his dreams one day. That’s how the story of Karolina Antoniades and Herbvalley started, it was only a small dream that grew bigger. And in their own amazing little dream Karolina and her family drank a lot of tea and lived happily ever after.
