Description
Lemon Verbena is a tropical, perennial, woody shrub with long, glossy, pointed light green leaves (slightly rough to the touch) and small white or lilac flowers. It belongs to the verbena family (Verbenaceae) and it is native to South America, Argentina and Chile.
It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti microbial, antispasmodic and antipyretic properties.
